Renowned for her expertise and dedication to exceptional service, she has built a loyal clientele. Autumn holds Salon Management certifications for both hair and esthetician services from the state of Minnesota, ensuring top-notch salon operations and client care. Lance Markwell is a Certified Laser Technician along with being a Certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Having successfully owned health and fitness facilities in the Twin Cities, Lance brings a deep understanding of wellness and client care to his laser practice. Lance has coached and trained both professional and amateur athletes at the highest levels. Lance's expertise in physical fitness and nutrition makes the perfect combination for The Loft Medspa & Laser's weight management program.   

 Shana Nelson is the Medical Director of The Loft Medspa. She is thrilled to return to the Hibbing area, seizing this opportunity to help individuals feel confident and address their medical and aesthetic concerns alongside her dedicated team. With 22 years of clinical experience, Shana spent 18 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency medicine across both rural and urban settings. Four years ago, she became a Certified Nurse Practitioner and currently provides Primary Family Practice care at her clinic in Foley, MN. Her passion for patient care ignited her interest in aesthetic medicine, viewing it as another avenue to support patients' overall wellness and health. "I am so thankful to build great relationships with my patients and help them on their health and wellness journeys, with a focus on preventative care and longevity," says Shana.
