Appointment Cancellation Policy

Sabrina's dedication to providing exceptional service. To ensure appointment availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

48-Hour Cancellation Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments missed without notice ("no-shows") or canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to be understanding when true emergencies occur. This policy helps protect Sabrina's reserved time and allows us the opportunity to offer appointments to other clients waiting for availability.
