With state-certified Salon Management credentials in hair and esthetician services, she delivers unmatched care and professionalism, ensuring every client leaves feeling radiant and confident.
Lance Markwell combines precision and passion, bringing a dynamic background as a Certified Laser Technician and Certified Personal Trainer. With extensive experience in laser treatments—including Laser Hair Removal, Vein Removal, and Photo Rejuvenation—Lance has earned a reputation for excellence. His career includes owning successful fitness facilities in the Twin Cities and coaching athletes at elite levels, giving him a unique approach to holistic wellness and exceptional client care.

Shana Nelson, APRN, CNP, Medical Director for The Loft Medspa & Laser brings over 22 years of exceptional clinical experience to her role as Medical Director at The Loft Medspa. A seasoned healthcare professional, Shana spent 18 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in emergency medicine in both rural and urban settings. Four years ago, she advanced her expertise by becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner, now providing Primary Family Practice care at her clinic in Foley, MN.
Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, Shana views aesthetic medicine as a natural extension of her commitment to overall wellness. Her focus is on helping patients look and feel their best while addressing their unique medical and aesthetic concerns with precision and empathy.

With a genuine passion for patient care, Taya excels at treating not only cosmetic concerns like fine lines and wrinkles but also medical conditions such as TMJ.
Taya’s expertise comes from her comprehensive education, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University, where she earned Dean’s List honors. She furthered her skillset with advanced training as an Aesthetic Injector at AesthetIQ Institute, where she learned to combine her medical background with an artistic eye—perfectly suited for both cosmetic and therapeutic treatments.
