Whether you're booking a Luxurious Facial, Laser Treatments, Massage Therapy, HRT, Chem Peels, injectables, IV Therapy, Hair Salon, Tanning, Teeth Whitening or a consultation, Jane makes the process fast, convenient, and stress-free.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

At The Loft Medspa & Laser, we value your time and appreciate you choosing us for your beauty, wellness, and self-care needs. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy below.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments changed with 24 hours or more notice will not incur any fee.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice ("No-Show") may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• If you are running late, please give us a call. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests.

• We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Illness, emergencies, severe weather, and other unforeseen circumstances will always be handled with compassion and considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a credit card on file or prepayment for future bookings.

Our providers carefully reserve time specifically for you, and late cancellations often prevent us from offering that appointment to another client in need of services. Your understanding helps us continue providing exceptional care while respecting the time of both our clients and team members.
